The Pratt High Performance Double Offset Butterfly Valve features a double offset disc and shaft, and a blowout proof shaft design to ensure durability. It is designed with a bi-directional soft seat and is API 607 Fire Safe Certified with a metal seat and fire safe seat. The valves are available in Wafer, Lug, or Double Flanged designs. The Pratt High Performance Double Offset Butterfly Valve is available with optional features to fit every application need including:
- Live Loaded Packing
- O2 Cleaning
- Steam Jacket
- Bonnet Extension
- Oil Free Cleaning
- Anti-Static
All valves are rigorously tested to ensure they adhere to all API 598, ANSI/ASME, ISO, and MSS quality regulations. The High Performance Double Offset Butterfly Valve is manufactured of high quality materials including carbon steel and stainless steel, but various alloys and seat materials are available for customized service condition requirements. The Valves are available in several different designs for different pressure thresholds that meet industry standards including:
- ANSI 150 – 285psi
- ANSI 300 – 740psi
- ANSI 600 – 1440psi
