Rudy Melisz graduated from Kettering University (GMI) in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering. He has worked in the industrial valve and automation industry since 2004.

With almost 20 years of Application, Engineering, and sales industrial process equipment, valves and automation, Mr. Melisz has been supporting the Industrial, Municipal, OEM, Commercial and Natural Gas industries with expertise.

Gary Lauchert earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Management at the University of Buffalo in 1979. He joined the R.M. Headlee Co., Inc. in 1984 as a Territory Manager and became Owner and President of the company in 2004.

He has been honored to have served on several Representative Councils for many of our manufacturers.

In 2023, Rudy Melisz became President and Owner of RM Headlee.  Mr. Lauchert continues to assist Mr. Melisz in special projects and his growth initiatives.

Gary Thomson received his Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University in 1982. He joined R.M. Headlee Co., Inc. as a Technical Sales Representative in 1996 and was promoted to Eastern Regional Manager in 2000 and Sales Manager in 2007.

Conducted hundreds of seminars relating to the use, selection and design of all types of valves, including butterfly, ball, check, pilot operated, gate, pinch, plug, control, instrument, and actuators, including electric, pneumatic hydraulic and electro-hydraulic.

Mr. Thompson has lead equipment start-up activities for valves, actuated valves, mixing and aeration systems.
