ATI Actuators

ATI actuators are designed and manufactured for customized applications to the customers’ exact specifications. We offer both pneumatic and hydraulic actuators in spring return and double-acting varieties depending on the failure mode specified. In addition, we offer a full line of manual overrides. ATI manufacturing quality and rigorous tolerance control lead to extremely well-built valve automation products. Actuators are ASME III approved for nuclear regulatory quality specifications.

The ATI Multi-Turn Gas Motor Actuator utilizes unregulated pipeline gas to automatically operate multi-turn or quarter-turn valves. Capable of operating with pressures up to 1500 psi, the Gas Motor Actuator is supplied as a complete stand-alone valve control system for either local or remote operation.
